Virtual Tax Return Steps
Are you ready to take advantage of All Accounting Services Virtual Tax Return and Tax Drop-Off Services from the comfort of your home? Then follow the steps below, and you'll submit the Client Intake, Checklist (located below), and any additional documents to our client portal. Or, you can bring the physcial documents into our office for scanning.
Request a Virtual Tax Appointment at your preferred Tax Office on our Davie calendars. You will receive an email to confirm your Appointment time and date.
You will receive an email to set up your new online Client Portal Account. Please complete the Tax Return Checklist and Client Intake Form to the best of your ability and save a copy to your computer.
Upload all of your tax documents including the Tax Return Checklist and Client Intake Form 1 hour prior to your Scheduled Appointment. If we need more info or documents throughout the process we will send you a request through the Client Portal to upload the requested documents.
Please Log into your zoom meeting at your scheduled time by using the credentials you received in your appointment email (Step 1). A trained Tax Professional will review the documents and answer any questions you may have. The virtual tax return can take up to 7 days to complete after your zoom meeting.
