TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

JOHNNY TAX APPOINTMENT TERMS

By accepting this appointment, you agree to the Booking Policies and Terms of Service for All Accounting Services In-Person Tax Appointment, and they are as follows. The Deposit required for this service Starts at $250 plus any additional fees for forms and complexity, determined by the Accountant. In-Person Johnny Appointments must be requested and approved at least 72 hours in advance. All requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, and you will receive your response via email and/or text. You must bring all your relevant tax documents.  You will get your results within 5 - 7 business days after your initial appointment to receive your results. All cancelations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your In-Person Appointment or there will be a $250 no show fee.

The fee for this service Starts at $200 plus additional fees for forms and complexity, determined by the Accountant, for all Virtual Appointments. Virtual Appointments must be requested and approved at least 72 hours in advance. All requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, and you will receive your response via email and/or text. You will then receive an email from our Client Portal provided by Doc.it to set up your password and the portal link is available on our website as well. You must fill out the Client Checklist and upload it (How-to instructions provided) with all your tax forms before or at the schedule time.  If any of your personal info has changed from prior year or you are a new client, you will be required to fill out and submit the Client Intake for as well. Once the appointment is completed and all relevant tax documentation has been received your tax return will be prepared within 5 business days of your appointment.  All cancelations by client must be made no later than 24 Hours prior to your Virtual Appointment or there will be a $200 no show fee

The fee for this service Starts at $250 plus additional fees for forms and complexity, determined by the Accountant, for all In Person Appointments. In-Person Appointments must be requested and approved at least 72 hours in advance. All requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, and you will receive your response via email and/or text. You must bring all your relevant tax documents, or you will not get your results during the appointment and will have to wait 3 -4 business days after receiving the missing documents to receive your results. All cancelations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your In-Person Appointment or there will be a $250 no show fee.
